Four Iranians

Police smashed the front door of Pastor Yousef Nadarkhani's home, punched the pastor and his teenage son Daniel, and used electrical batons on them, despite the fact that they were offering no resistance.
The pastor's wife and other children were at the house at the time.
The pastor was then reportedly taken to Evin prison.
Saheb Fadaie and Mohammedreza Omidi were similarly arrested on 24 July.
Upon hearing of the arrests of Mr Fadaie and Mr Omidi, Yasser Mossayebzadeh attempted to surrender himself to the police, but was informed that he should wait because he was going to be arrested in a similar manner.
He was subsequently arrested on 25 July.

Andrew Brunson

There was disappointment on July 18th for US pastor Andrew Brunson when a judge ruled that he be sent back to prison until the next hearing in his case, which has been scheduled for 12 October.
Then on July 25th Andrew left prison and moved to house arrest until his trial.
He cannot leave the country and must wear an ankle bracelet.

If your brother was unfairly imprisoned, what would you want people to do about it? Watch this video, 'Release David', for some answers. It's under two minutes long, and makes an ideal introduction to the issue of Christian persecution.
